We are a mental health and suicide prevention organisation, currently serving the Wigan and Leigh boroughs. We offer free, non-clinical safe spaces called Harbours in various places around the boroughs where people can come who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, or suicidal thoughts for peer support and signposting if needed. We are there for people who are close to crisis, but we are also there for people who might be struggling with big life changes or a recent loss.

We also have an outreach programme, where our small team of suicide intervention volunteers visit areas throughout the boroughs where suicide rates are known to be high. We offer support, comfort, and a hot drink. We only call emergency services if necessary.

In the New Year we will be starting delivery of Suicide Prevention Awareness training for organisations.
